This tune was recorded with my trusty Tele plugged straight into the BR-1600. I used a pitch shifter on the guitar track that was set to produce a signal two octaves below the note being played. It produced an interesting rumble, but the guitar was already tuned down to some weird C-based tuning (I forget), so the pitch shifted notes created a significant amount of infrasound that ate up quite a lot of headroom. This version has been EQ'd to clean most of that up, but the effect remains.
